This is a millesimato with a delicate fragrance and soft taste. It is fresh, elegant and fruity with rich, soft aromas.

Type of grapes: 100% Glera
Method used: Wine making in “white”, soft pressing and fermentation at a controlled temperature. Sparkling process and natural fermentation take place in the autoclave for about 50 days at 13 - 14°C.
Alcohol content: 11%
Sugar residue: 22 g/l
Pressure at 20°C: 5 bar
Colour: Straw yellow with a hint of green. Delicate brilliance and persistent fizziness.
Perfume: Delicate and fine. Aftertaste of apple and exotic fruit. Jasmine adds to its aromatic taste.
Taste: Soft, well balanced and creamy.
Aftertaste: Pleasant, inviting suggesting fresh must.
Food affinities: Ideal with fresh fine pastries. Excellent aperitif.
