The founder’s cuvee is the result of over 40 years of experience matured by Graziano Merotto among his precious vineyards. These grapes come from Rive di Col San Martino, section 86 at 230m above sea level.

Technical information

Area of production: Vineyards in Col San Martino.
Type of grapes: 100% Glera.
Method used: On-skins maceration under soft pressure. The must is put into an autoclave for about 50 days then left to rest for a further 120 days on its own yeasts.

Organoleptical features

Colour: Straw yellow with green highlights, a shiny, creamy foam and refined perlage with a pattern of tiny bubbles.
Perfume: Fine and intense, with immediately obvious notes of white fruits and citrus alongside pleasant floral sensations softened by a mineral flourish.
Taste: Wonderfully fresh and elegantly tangy with good volume and balance providing an overall sense of great pleasure.
Aftertaste: Intense and persistent with the flowery and fruity notes from the bouquet.
Food affinities: Ideal as an aperitif, this wine is the perfect accompaniment to quality crudités and fine shellfish. To be sampled with first courses of wild herbs or asparagus.
