Type of grapes: 100% Glera
Method used: Pure off-skin fermentation at a controlled temperature using gentle pressing. Natural second fermentation in an autoclave for about 40 days at 13-14°C.
Alcohol content: 11%
Sugar residue: 16 g/l
Pressure at 20°C: 5 bar

Organoleptical features

Colour: Pale straw yellow with greenish highlights, a brilliant fine-grain mousse and a fine, persistent perlage.
Perfume: Fragrant, delicate, rich in fresh fruit as well as linden and jasmine flowers.
Taste: At first sip the wine is fresh and tangy before giving way to an intense flavour of apple and pear.
Aftertaste: The finish has fruity overtones.
Food affinities: Ideal as an aperitif this is the perfect sparkler to enjoy with friends.
Serving temperature: 6 - 8°C
