A refined and fresh sparkling wine which is pleasant and always inviting. Ideal as an aperitif, perfect with delicately flavoured dishes.

Type of grapes: 100% Glera
Method used: Monovarietal off-skin fermentation at a controlled temperature using gentle pressing. Natural second fermentation in an autoclave for about 40 days at 13-14°C.
Alcohol content: 11%
Sugar residue: 9 g/l
Pressure at 20°C: 5 bar
Colour: Straw-yellow with pale green highlights.
Perfume: Hints of pear and limoncella apple. The wine has a broad, enfolding citrus palette.
Taste: Rounded and well-balanced. A slim-bodied, easy drinking wine with a pleasant fruity mouthfeel.
Aftertaste: Filled with the same aromas, the flavour perfectly reflects the bouquet.
Food affinities: Delightful at any time, recommended as an aperitif. Excellent with delicately flavoured food.
