Three elements best characterise Gabriele Fabris’s paintings: Light, colour and harmony. He has a gift for capturing light presented in all its glory with a sumptuous chromatic quality and a unique cohesion between illustration and colour as well as between the colours themselves. The artist successfully brings us a vibrant take on life leaping, breathing and smiling. Born in Crespano del Grappa (Italy) in 1955, Gabriele Fabris, himself the son of an artist, has been painting for more than three decades with total professionalism and his works are displayed in both private and public collections. Wine made from semi-dried grapes

A golden yellow Passito di Prosecco with amber highlights. A soft, balanced taste with aromas of almond and a warm body.

Area of production: Vineyards in Col San Martino
Type of grapes: 100% Glera
Method used: Dried on drying racks for 50 days. The grapes are hand selected. Pressing is done using a manual press.
Alcohol content: 13,50%
Sugar residue: 110 g/l
Total acidity: 5,8 g/l
Dry extract: 34,6 g/l

Colour: Bright golden yellow
Perfume: Intense with notes of wisteria and Jasmine
Taste: Warm and intense, delights the palate producing apricot and peach sensations
Aftertaste: Optimum fragrance and freshness. Persistent and inviting.
Food affinities: Excellent with mature cheeses and fine pastries.
